I am a teenager (19) in Texas who drives a '95 Camaro (V6!!!), it seems no matter what time, what day, or where I am, I get a speeding ticket, no questions asked. Even if I go over like 5 or 6, do they think just because I drive a 'sports car' I'm haulin' *** everywhere I go?! I am even polite to them, still nothing. Any loopholes of anykind?

1) Stop speeding.

2) Trying to convince a police officer not to give you a ticket is probably pointless. They have already made the stop, gotten out of their car into the heat, asked for your driver's license, registration and insurance, etc. The place to concentrate is what to do once you have the ticket.
a. You can pay the fine on the back of the ticket. Be warned: Paying the fine admits the charge, and points (if applicable under Texas law) may be assessed against your driver's license. Get too many points and you may lose your license.
b. Look on the ticket for the court date. Show up on the court date. Be clean and dressed neatly. If you are male, wear a shirt and tie. If female, wear a nice pant suit or an appropriate dress. Be well groomed. Talk to the prosecuting attorney and ask them if they will amend the ticket to a non-moving violation. Sometimes they will if you agree to pay a fine of about double the original fine, plus court costs. (NOTE: This procedure varies greatly from court to court.) If the prosecutor will not amend it to a non-moving violation, ask them if they will reduce it to a lesser speed over the speed limit, e.g. from 55/30 to 35/30. This lessens the number of points that are applied against the license.
NOTE: I am not licensed in Texas, so I don't know if Texas uses a point system on the driver's license.
c. DON'T SPEED!

Well, I'm not a lawyer by any means. BUT I got stopped for speeding a few months back. I was doing like 85 in a posted 65 zone. The Trooper ask me why I was going so fast, and Truthfully I told him I had no reason other than my head was up my asz. I really couldn't justify my speed in any way shape or form. So I figured what the hell, tell him I was being stupid in a nice kinda funny way. Well it must have worked, I took him off guard so to speak. He actually let me go with a stern verbal warning.

Speeding is strict liability- meaning, if you did it, you're guilty. There is no defense generally. If you keep getting speeding tickets, well, start going a couple miles under the spped limit. Also, try getting your speedometer checked for accuracy. You never know... it could be off.

Stop speeding and if there was a "loophole" people would know about it by now.

I doubt you get that many tickets or your license would likely be suspended.

you have to ask them if you have a "speed gun".. these is a device that measures your speed... but if its just for htem to hear the sound of a speeding car that doesnt support their claim... then you can contest these on them...
