The Mclaren F1. Simply because there was no other car built like it and never will be, with such a focus on the pure, unadulterated interaction between man and machine without electronic aids like Traction Control and Stability management. Even though it was electronically simple, it was the world's undoubted best Supercar for 10 years without a doubt, and is still the yardstick by which other supercars are judged. That it managed to retain the top speed crown for the same amount of time in an age of ever-increasing power outputs is all the more extreme. And how many other cars have been built to such a standard of perfection, with completely original parts, a gold-plated engine bay and a worth-it price of $1 million? I rest my case.

My ideal car is an Audi RS4 Avant, because it does so many things so well, but this question finally gets to it...my dream car.
My dream car is a 1988 Ferrari 288 GTO. It was the first of the modern Ferrari supercars, and was loosely based upon the 308 and 328 series. I have been lucky enough to see these on many occassions and every time they take my breath away. The side mirrors up on aerodynamic stalks...why? Because they had to be mounted high enough to clear the curve of the rear fender line. This car was all about speed, yet had an agressive sensuality that is hard to descibe unless you see the car in person. The later F40s, F50s, and Enzos all owed their start to this car. That....that is my dream car.

I have my dream car: Porsche 911.
Its actually even better than I dreamed.
The way it drives, sounds,... is. I looooove it!
I have driven ferrari, lamborghini, lotus. Nothing beats the driving experience of a 911,.... except maybe a 911 turbo. So I change my mind. The 911 Turbo is my dream car.

Isuzu Trooper. I had one once and it was very comfortable. Electric windows and seats cruise control, 4 wheel drive. I took it everywhere (off the road) and never got stuck. It has torque on demand mode that engages the front wheels when the rear ones slip. I would use that every time it rained.
When I can afford a new car, that's what I'm getting.

I would have to go with the the guy above and go with the McLaren F1 cause it is undoubtedly one of the best supercars of all time. The F1 was made for speed and definitely surpasses other supercars. Here is a top five list of supercars i love.
1. Mclaren F1
2. Bugatti
3. Lamborghini Merciolago
4. Saleen S7
5. Enzo Ferrari

A SAAB that looks like a BMW 3 series convertible, in electric blue or bright red. SAABs are apparently the safest cars in the world after Volvos and yet the BMW 3 series cars are the prettiest in my opinion

We all remember our 'first car' - and that would also be my 'dream car'. A 1948 DeSoto 4-Door sedan with fluid drive. I hope to own one before I die; I learned to drive in that car, and it will always be my 'dream car'. -RKO-
