Actions speak louder than words. Are you doing your best to show that you appreciate your job? Are you on time? Do you go above and beyond what is asked of you, or better yet do you take the initiative to do things on your on? Being dependable goes a long way since most people in business have enough to worry about as it is. Consider whether your boss is a fair individual that shows respect and consideration for others. If this is the case he will probably notice your efforts and when appropriate give you the raise that you show you deserve. If not then you might consider looking else where since your efforts will probably go unnoticed. Do not expect miracles because most businesses run a tight ship and do not hand out money as if it were free. The big question is "What are you doing for the company?" Also a pleasing personality and a good sense of humor are traits that will help you greatly on the job. If you use it and are a cooperative employee you should have a pleasant career ahead of you.

First make sure that your performance evaluation was excellent and then make an appointment with your boss. Point out how well you are doing and how you have saved the company money or contributed to their productivity (if applicable). Then ask for the raise. If the answer is no, then consider finding another job doing the same thing but is willing to pay you more because of your experience. If you are happy with your job, then ask your boss what you need to do in order to get a raise, write it down, and make sure you and your boss sign it. Make sure that you set a time frame of when you will be improving, and revisit the issue after you have improved. I hope I was helpful.

Present your self with a legit offer for a raise. Timing can be everything. id say the day after getting a really good complement from your boss. or if you have conversations about how your life is going, you could always drop subtle hints that your looking for a raise.
Id say schedule some time to speak with your boss in private. write down a resume about how your work skills have improved and how your ready to recommit to doing your best and constantly improve. Its really nice when bosses just hand out raises, but offen times you got to take your own step.
another tip. dont tell co workers that your tring to get a raise, and keep the news after you do get your raise confidential. That will also show class and trust. very good leverage points to continue your growth

hi,
the think is that you have 2 search for new companies ,if u hop from 1 to another you will get a 30% hike in salary .
and really if u wanna stay in the company u r working show the manager ur appointment order( when u get the job) , automatically he will raise ur salary .
another way you can post your resume in the job sites and the HR anyway would come across ur resume and if ur an integral part sure he would hike ur salary.

Tell your boss that how long he/she has not raise your salary. Tell him directly that you wish to have a raise.

Goto your boss as in case you could search for suggestion from from them. start up off putting forward what you've been doing properly ,and how you've helped out the business enterprise and what no longer. Then say you want a improve for all of your exertions. perchance 5-10%. once you've yet another interest coated up, you should ask for a improve because you've been offered a larger paying position yet will stay in the journey that they tournament it, yet be prepared in the journey that they say no, you'll have take that new interest.
