How can Quantum Worlds sense our realities? How will my observation or quatification effect the world and how will yours effect the world and other people and me?

I think you are confusing quantum theory with string theory. Quantum theory does not require parallel worlds or dimensions up to 11.

String theory does, but there is so far no scientific way to make predictions that can be tested, so it's about as useful scientifically as religion.

In quantum theory, an observation or measurement can cause probabilistic predictions of other measurements to resolve or to be indeterminable (Schroedinger's Cat, e.g.), but it is all in this world.
