Unless your a snot nosed kid, everyone likes to look younger. As for being annoying, can't we all be at times?

Howie has always been like that...I think it more is immaturity ( which is what makes Howie Howie), than the way he actually looks. I also think his bald head looks way better than that mop of curly hair he had before.

Yes, and I have no clue as to why he is trying to look younger but it just is not working with that huge, bald shiny head of his!! He just looks ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
