Anything up to £500,000 because it is close to central London. However, the area is not that pretty, so this will affect property prices. Try looking at Bairstow Eves or other estate agents' websites and they will give you an indication of current prices.

It depends quite a bit on the road, whether it's terraced, semi-det or whatever and leasehold or freehold. There are a number of websites where you can check recent house sales for a particular postcode. You usually have to register to get full house details but that is generally free.
