I'm starting a small graphics & printing business. On a budget of $5700, what comp & printer should I get?

the printer could print tarpaulins (polyethylene), hopefully branded like Epson and HP, and the computer should be branded (PC/MAC), and could handle graphics well. All within my $5700 budget.

You definitely need a Mac IMHO, it is very well integrated with the print business in general. Goto http://store.apple.com to see which Mac is right for you. Go fo a 1Gb memory.
