The first is the university in England, and if you went you were almost guaranteed to make money.
The second is a type of apparel worn by the rich and affluent.
The third is the same as the second.
Basically you come from money and an affluent family who are setting you up for life to carry on the family fortune. The person comes from money and their future was already set for them.
