The size of the breast depends mostly on the amount of fat there, but the firmness depends on the underlying muscle tone: a couple of very good muscle toning exercises are: 1/ clench your fists and put them together on a level with your nipples, with your elbows at the same level, jerk your fists apart an half dozen times as far as you can. 2/ link your fingers together in front of you at chest level, tense the muscles and push your hands together six times: do these exercises morning and evening and after two weeks you will notice an improvement: always wear a properly fitting bra (eight out of ten women wear the wrong size bra): try to never go without a bra, specially when doing any sport.

You cannot 'tone' fat through exercize, however, your diet can make a world of difference.

Eat small portions of food every 2 - 3 hours all day long.

Drink lot's of distilled water.

Eat monounsaturated fats from walnuts, olive oil, and fish oils such as cod and salmon.

Eliminate these five things from your diet:

1) Sugar
2) Wheat
3) Meat (especially pork and shellfish) but you can have clean fish such as cod and salmon.
4) All dairy products
5) Anything with chemicals in it.

Your body will automatically go into perfect shape very quickly.

Eliminate the five things from your diet.

Please!!! Are you just as interested in exercises to keep your brain from "goin saggy." Your brains are more important than your breasts.

You are 15 for heavens sake. If any part of your body is going saggy, it's because you are not getting exercise and getting fat. Breasts just don't get saggy on a 15 year old girl...

I'm sure they're not getting saggy, but wear a support bra. Also, doing push ups builds up the muscle behind your breasts, which make them look better.

dear when u are in the bed just keep an pressing ur boobs an they well soon get toned... if possible put some message oil an then press them or if u have a man thne thats reallly good

Yes, there are exercises, I think there are explanation with pics around on the internet. But it very important that you wear a bra, especially when you are doing sports (except for swimming), because gravity definitely affects all that is not supported.

You don't say what cup size you are, but I am assuming you aren't an A. I would suggest wearing a tight sports bra, and keep those puppies cinched up tight. Another thing would be send ma a pic of them and I'll tell you if they are saggy.

They just must be big. If you exercise work on pec(toral) flies, or chest presses, this can help build up the muscles behind the breast tissue and in turn may help the asthetics.

u need to measure them properly wear tighter ones that are made out of silk a comfortable material you could do some lifting an carrying
