i have velvety black hair. is raven black and i really love it! (though i often wondered how i'd look like if i were a blonde lol) but no i never wished it to be a different color.

Mine is really light blonde - even blonder in the summer because it lightens with the sun.
MUCH MUCH blonder than Yahoo! Avatars will allow - in my avatar it looks almost mousey... LOL
I did go through a stage (Goth stage) where I wanted to dye it jet black, but my hairdresser refused to do it!! I dyed it "auburn" instead, but my hair was so light it ended up looking the colour of a copper pipe! I dyed it again later on (why oh why??) - I tried "Raspberry" this time and it went a strange purply colour.
I'll stick to blonde now!!

My natural color is dark brown. However, just recently I decided to go red-not a drastic change but something subtle. I think I look so much better with this color, but I am wondering about the damage to my hair from dying it.

my hair is dark brown at the moment normal colour is the same as avatar. Have had blond red light dark. what i don't like is the regrowth in between if that never happened i would be very happy. have been thinking about going blue or purple just for something different. what about you

Black but a knowledgeable friend once told that nobody's hair is completely black. It might be dark brown but not black. I guess mine's dark brown then.
I'd have liked to have brown hair. The kind of brown that is not too dark but not too light either. Brown enough to be noticeable and nice.

I have black hair but I once had strips of red also in my hair it looked really cool but was to much work to keep it that way right now I would like auburn hair with blonde or carmel highlights.

Light brown. I used to be a blonde but after I had chemotherapy my hair came back brown.

almost black but not quite..In the past I have colored it red and blonde but always end up with my natural color in the long run..and I think it looks best rather than any other color thats fake..=)
