In the UK, and many other countries (particularly in scientific parlance), this is 82 077 000 414 712 ; as 1 billion is the same as 1 million million (10e12)
However, in some countries 1 billion is the same as 1 thousand million (10e9), so you need to be careful when dealing with numbers of the magnitude.
Can you please clarify which you mean?

Internationally 1 billion=10^12, 1 thousand million=10^9, 1 million=10^6, 1 thousand=10^3.

The American number system says that a Thousand x Million = One Billion. Going by this information then:
82, 000, 000, 000 · oo
+ 77, 000, 414, 712 · oo
---------------------------------
159, 000, 414, 712 · oo
The European number system says a Million x Million is a Billion. I don't know if they are still going by this today. Going by this system :
82, 000, 000, 000, 000, ·oo
+ 77, 000, 414, 712 · oo
-------------------------------------
82, 077, 000, 414, 712 · oo

I think internationally it's the dot ( . ) that separates digits and comma ( , ) separates decimals.
About the 77 thousand millions... are you sure about the thousands?
