We are conditioned from birth to focus on the negative. We also are constantly given messages (e.g. peers, family, media) about how much we are lacking. People are competing to keep up with a fabricated ideal instead of appreciating where they are at any given moment. Life just passes most people by. It's hard to be happy when you are march to the beat of someone else's drum.

cause they are more worried about other being happy...and most of us dont know what we want out of life...we have no set limits...we are just running after material things and there is no end to that road...people dont see what they have and they tend to see what they dont have and they get all the worries from there its a never ending process...to be happy u just have to be contented...

no everyone knows the value of just being happy. its not that thier stupid or anything. its just being happy is something that rare to have. happiness comes from gratefulness. and its human nature to always want more. so thats why alot of humans are unhappy. they cant swallow there pride.

happiness you can't buy. just like you can buy a bed may not the sleep. happiness is always a by product. you may not experience it directly. true happiness comes when you know your purpose of existence on earth.

I'm happy most of the time. No one is ALWAYS happy. Unless they have some kind of "disorder".

Life isn't about happiness. You get born, you live, you die. In 70 years, none of us will be remembered, nor will we have mattered.
