Environmental Consultant
Hydrologist (you need a Masters for this)
Staff Geologist
Oil/Natural Gas Driller
Paleontologist (grad school)

Geologists often work with Civil or Environmental Engineers.
It helps to go to grad school and get a Masters, but (unless you plan to teach at university) a phd may overqualify you.
Getting your PG (Professional Geologist) license is a huge plus.
