i just started on this book and have read about 5 or 6 chapter..but i am terribly bored by it...it seems so full of mindless statistics and facts are presented in a dull dry fashion...so much so that at the end of the chapter i don't feel like continuing..i have only recently purchased this book and do not want to put it down for the sake of my money...
do you the book same as me?
will it become interesting later on?

I think if you continue, you will find that the story comes around. It is worth your time. The key to this book is not mathematics per se, but the psychology of an enigmatic, eccentric mind. Seek out the character, how he falls into mental illness, and how he climbs back out.

Portions you find boring can be skimmed, of course. It's your book. Read it as you please, but read it.

Then seek out common similarities of genius eccentricities on the web. You'll find an interesting pattern of intriguing shallowness among the highly intelligent. The topic is truly associated with abnormal psychology. Go learn and understand!

I remember enjoying every single word of the book. The later chapters of the book is more interesting than the first few chapters.

John Forbes Nash is a very interesting person. He is a mighty intellect, and very stunted socially. If you have no interest in math, the book may bore you - unless you can appreciate this ultra conflicted man who is presented fairly fully.
