People have no idea about make up!
Okay I have jet blue eyes and orange/browny colours will make them stand out more.
This is because these colours are opposite on the colour wheel and it will just intensify the colour more.
Other colours will suit it, but orange or orange based browns are best for your eye colour.
Blues and greens look okay as long as you blend it in well and don't apply too much as it can wash out your eyes. You want to make you eyes stand out!
Always use a base colour and primer, and use a blending brush. Never apply blocks of colour. It looks tacky. Go into a MAC store etc and ask. They will show you how to do it with numerous different colours..and it is free!

It depends on your skin tone-and what you have on! If you are med to fair complected you should try using either one of these: 1st blue eyeliner and on the eye lid put a lite base color like beige and in the crease of your eye and a med to dark blue. after you do that go back over your eye with the light color and blend in the color. 2nd Browns Brown eyeliner then use the light color beige
and in the crease of your eye add the dark brown then smooth it out with the light beige. If you wear a color that compliments the colors you have chosen you will look great!

I do permanent make-up for a living, and the general rule for blue eyes is to go with a brown eyeliner as close as possible to the lash line. just above that as part of the liner use a teal blue to a teal green color depending on the color you are trying to bring out more. follow this with a light cream color on lid,and brow line , followed by a brown color to match the eyeliner. What color is your hair this would help with the shades you would use. DO NOT TRY TO MATCH YOUR OUTFIT UNLESS IT IS HALLOWEEN! THIS IS YOUR FACE DONT BLEND IT TO YOUR OUTFIT FOR HEAVENS SAKE!

I have the same colour eyes. Use dark green if you really want to stand out. If not blue looks good.
