I think im worrying about my friend as in my last question. Maybe im too emotional I dunno

I get that feeling a lot. Going outside and taking a run or going on a walk helps me feel better. Less apprehensive and waiting. I think the fresh air helps. If you're worried about something, which usually causes me to feel that way, why don't you try writing your feelings down in a journal. If you aren't a journal person, write it all out on paper then throw it away. Either way, its a good emotional release. Relieves tension too.
