You either learn to live with it or consider surgery (less advisable).
Nipples may stick out, lie flat, or be inverted, as in your case. Each may be different and all are normal. As you know, the nipple is the conduit for milk when a woman is breast feeding. There is no research to say that one or another type of nipple is better or worse for getting milk to a baby.
Given all this, if your concerns are cosmetic rather than health-oriented, you can learn to enjoy your nipples as they are rather than risk unnecessary surgery to a very functional part of your anatomy. Think of yourself as someone special.

OK...I had this problem and didn't even know it was a problem until I tried nursing my first baby. After MAJOR pain and difficulty a sweet nurse brough me what is called a "nipple shield" to try to use to see if nursing would be easier. (It looked kindof like a large nipple for a baby bottle that you place over your own real nipple.) Anyway...in time it worked. I have good old normal nipples now and nursing was not a biggie after that. It took several weeks before the nipple actually became normal. (Not the most pleasant weeks of my life either. OUCH!)

There's really nothing wrong with them. After your first pregnancy you'll see just how much they can become "right-side-out"... with a vengance! Don't sweat it, you're perfectly fine.

if you dont have somebody to play with them, you do it, massage them alot, whenever you think of it, they will pop on you slowly, but they dont really get longer and bigger till you nurse.
