Ok here are the symtoms:
1) Vaginal Discharge(white, yellowish at times)
2) A bad itch on my vagina(just started recently)
3) Vaginal odor(sometimes very bad even though i wash daily)
Do I have an STD?
Do I have a yeast infection?
Is there any way to stop these symptons?
Please please please, help me if you can!
I am desperate!

The first thing you need to do is not do anything anyone tells you here.Go to a doctor. The symptoms you described are way to common for a number of different ailments. It could be anyone of the things you mentioned but you need to go to a doctor ASAP. If you do have an std you better off catching it early.

you need some antibiotics, go to the doctor and have a pap smear. It could be a yeast infection, or an infection of the uterus

It could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Try using Monistat and if it doesn't go away in a week or so, go to your doctor.
