I'm from Chennai/ India. I jus wanna know wat's the minimal internet speed required for chatting(yahoo/msn, with webcam, voice) and casual browsing. Should I go for 128 Kbps or 256 Kbps ? People from Chennai and other parts of India who use any of the ISPs can send in comments/suggestions/explanations.

for you 128 kbs DSL is sufficient but you know more the speed more effective video/voice chat will be.
