Generally, I buy albums chronologically. Although I did buy Robbie Williams' second album "I've been expecting you" before I brought his first album "Life thru a lens". At the time, it was easier to find.

I usually already have it, so can just buy the new one. When this does happen, though I don't buy the oldest one first because I don't have enough money for both and want the new album. I then long for the old album for ages getting more and more annoyed at myself, until I break and go and buy it!
I have to stack them chronologically, but that goes without saying!

There's no rule in which 2 buy albums. It's all about taste, timing, how badly u want it & of course ££££. Cd's cost differently @ different times. Take me 4 example, I have a couple of cd's I can say I have the complete set but I didn't buy them in Chronological order. (Esp. if the 1st cd came out in e.g. 1996) Some I bought at normal prices, some I bought @ outrageously cheap prices but none have been outrageous/over the top though some people might.

It would depend. If I had heard a song from the nw album that had got me interested in the band, then I would buy the new album first. If I liked that then I would buy their older stuff too.

I have the old album of bands and if a new song has been released and i like it, i have to wait to heard their next song them i'll go and buy the new album.

If i like the tracks on an album i will buy it, it does not matter if it is a later one or early one.

no i would buy the new one then maybe later go and buy old ones. but not in any order just whichever ones i wanted
