How to create a good atmosphere for studying (positive energy) in my room. And be concentrated on the subject I have.
I used to study my chair and back against the wall. Now for some reasons I changed the position, so my back is against the chair only not the wall cuz it is now infront of me. I found difficulties in adaptation it. Does this scientifically proved anything about studying with the back against or not?????

be comfortable. It sounds like whatever changes you've made have made you think about your back and chair instead of your content. Everybody is different.

Here's what I know about studying:
1. be comfy
2. try to be free of distraction
3. play soft Baroque music in the background
4. have snacks handy (brain work decreases blood sugar faster than exercise!) - I recommend fruits and nuts.
5. repetition is a good thing
6. use mnemonic/memory tricks for the material, making mental associations
7. Don't cram, plan ahead to study a bit each day.
8. take breaks, like a 5-10 minute walk, every half an hour or so. keep your blood moving

for creating a studying atmosphere first of all i remove the stuff which distracts me(like the music system from my room).
i have heard that a 5stick windchime(at the entrance of ur room) helps to get +ve energy for a student.
also keep ur room clean, if its dirty it gives a lazy atmosphere
and its better if u face wall, this will help u to concentrate better & u wont see any distracting objects around u
Hope this works for u
Good Luck

i'm meant to get permission earlier proper to myself in the concerns of yet another. most of the time I genuinely were requested to deliver constructive means when I benefit this - so certain, permission has been granted. And if theres a reason i think i opt to do some thing for someone i'm often going to ask first. yet i take advantage of uncomplicated experience too - if someone i know is in the medical institution, i'm not likely to attend till they awaken so i'll ask them if that's totally well with them if I deliver them some constructive means.... that's downright stupid to me. i am going to take my outcomes on stuff like that. yet i do not purely go sending out means with each means request that comes by ability of my inbox both. My ethics dictate that nicely intentioned meddling isn't a lot diverse from unwell intentioned meddling in the grand scheme of issues, yet i'm continually going to be guided with the help of my own view of issues and that is my good judgment regardless of what type of issues we are conversing about.
