Sorry to post this way, but this was the only posting I could find that even had part of the lyrics and it was cached. So:

According to this website (see 3/15/99 entry) the rap appeared in
episode #413 from the 1984-1985 season. If you or another researcher can get your hands on this episode then you can figure out the complete answer. Though I discovered that the rap was done twice on two different episodes.

This site contains another lyric not found in the first comment's results:

"I wake up Sue's next to me, I'm so glad I had a vasectomy"

Sorry for all the comments but this site should answer your question. Although when I searched it the results came up but when I clicked on them nothing came up. I hope this works. Search for any key words or by season.

It appears that the SNL episodes containing Jim Belushi's "white guy rap" aired February 2nd and February 16th, 1985:

http://members.fortunecity.com/davesfunstuff/05y1984.html

The first of these was a duet with Alex Karras; the second was a duet with Pamela Sue Martin. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a full transcript of either. The SNL site linked by bowler-ga (a really nice site!) doesn't have these transcripts listed, although several other skits from shows on 02/02/85 and 02/16/85 are there.

Here's a picture of Belushi performing the second rap with Pamela Sue Martin:

I've seen the sketch with Pamela Sue Martin, and I remember some of her lyrics as:

"I'm liberated.
I belong to NOW.
But I voted for Reagan anyhow."

That's from memory, though, so it may not be 100% accurate.

Hello, I'm determined to get this answer if only piece by piece.
Besides, if I can get it it won't cost you a dime.

Here you can purchase the Pamela Sue Martin episode featuring one of the "Rap" segments:

Thanks to everyone for their contribution. I continue to search for
all of the words or a copy of the SNL episode. Here are the pieces of the lyric that I can remember of that you have supplied.

I’m a white guy, I don’t take no crap
When I deliver my white rap

I got my money the old fashioned way
My granddaddy dropped dead one day

I’m rich, hot damn
I never had to go to Vietnam

Go a BMW and MBA
Vote GOP on Election Day

On Sundays for an extra thrill
We fire up the Weber grill
Invite some white guys and their wives
We drink to within an inch of our lives
Then it’s off to Ruth and Ed’s
Where we wind up in each other’s beds
I wake up, Ruth’s next to me
I’m so glad I had a vasectomy

But that’s all right, we won’t fight
It’s just not done when your extremely white

we're extremely white- that's right-
we walk with our buttocks extremely tight

The Wife says:

Drop him off at the railway station
Grip my teeth in sheer frustration

Then it off to the tennis club
For a tennis match and body rub

We all go shopping. I buy a dress
Put it on the white guy’s American Express

"I'm liberated. I belong to NOW.
But I voted for Reagan anyhow

Vodka, Gin and Sweet Vermouth
Lots of bran to keep our bowels loose

Blah, Blah
An oriental gardener to mow the yard
