they will go away in a day, it helps to put on baby oil. It is caused by dry skin and/or a dull razor. If you shave in the shower it also helps to reduce them. Do not shave over the area more than once. use couble or triple headed razors in the future. Don't worry too much about them, it is still better than having all that hair.....

normally, i'd recommend aftershave, but in your case a soothing lotion would be more appropriate. ice water might help alleviate the discomfort, also.

be sure to exfoliate the area in the following days, otherwise you might end up with several ingrown hair...

could be due to the blade powder the area and taken some alergy tab or apply neosporin cream
