You might have small cists caused by fungal infection in the frontal portion of your pennis. It is curable. But till it is cured, you may get pain, sometimes itching.
1) Always clean that portion
2) Clean the pennis glands everyday especially after sex or masterbation.
3) Especially people tend to sleep after sex or masterbation. One should attend to toilet, pee, and clean the frontal portion of the pennis to avoid such type of infection.
4) If the pain continues, please attend to your physician, without hesitating and feeling shy.
Prevention is better than cure. Always maintain 100% hygenity. Clean twice every day. especially after sex or masterbation. Because the remains of seman ejaculated will need stains on the glands, which infects the glands in due course.

this just happens sometimes and is rarely an std .
just your urethra being sensitive i suppose.
and the nurse should stop scare-mongering!!
apparently it is more common if you ejaculate and pass urine within a short time of each other.
