Damnit how many times are you people going to ask this question?!?!

Go to http://nokiausa.com and get the software they have there
Install it, connect your phone to the PC with your data cable, bluetooth, or what ever method you use and you should be able to figure out the rest if you're smart

If your mobile is latest (and expensive), then cheer up! They are already MASS STORAGE devices, meaning, when you connect your mobile to your computer (Windows XP), something will pop-up on your system tray (no need for any software to install). There you will see removable device attached. But since you didn't tell what's your NOKIA model, then probably its not a MASS STORAGE DEVICE (check your nokia's specifications). Your last resort is to have a software to communicate your mobile to computer. One of the best, which I also use for my mobile is Float's Mobile Agent (FMA)...

get either a blue tooth adaptor for your computer, im sure that model Nokia has bluetooh function.

Otherwise surely you would have got a usb lead with the phone , that connects ur phone to a usb port on ur computer.
