A 'Rolling Contract' is a type of contact that doesn't have a specific end date included in / on it. However I believe that it can ended at any time and by either signatories.

I means that you have to work together for at least a month, but that at any time, if either party wants to leave the agreement, they give advance notice of a month, but that it continues on a month to month basis until this happens.

It effectively means you have your contact renewd monthly... Not what I would call job security. But hopefully pays well :-)
