First of all practise regularly the following:
1)Read english magazines and books
2)Listen to conversations in English
3)Watch English movies,so that we can get used to foriegn accent.
4)Make use of the BOOK "Barron's toefl "-this will be of great use to you
On doing these thinks u can surely get thro' the TOEFL test.

Mmm...try http://toefl.org, maybe it'll help...lots of tips and tricks there...
try to take your time and not be in hurry during the test...evaluate again if you have time left before you click the ok button!

buy cd, hear and talk together with it. night and day. youll get far....
