If the 3 year program is a degree, which in many countries is the standard, you will be able to get into an M.B.A. program just as if you graduated from a 4 year program in the U.S.

While many schools want you to have business experience before applying, others will take you right out of college. You'll have to check out the colleges you are most interested in going to and ask them directly.

What? Why would anybody need that much schooling? Are you afraid of working? Are your parents rich or something? How old are you? My advice to you is to hurry up and get a job already, buddy.
