I think its very unfair to say that you cannot be a "real woman" unless you have given birth.

What about infertile women who are unable to have children? They are no less "women" than those who have!!!!!! Its not always possible for a woman to have children - some may have to choose alternative options to motherhood like adoption or surrogacy and I defy anyone to say that a woman whose children are adopted is not a "true woman" or a "good mother"!

God did not give every woman the ability to bear children and so you cannot say that everyone should give birth for His sake if they are not able to.

I'm expecting my first baby right now but I do not see this makes me "more" of a woman than someone who has not had kids.

I never seen what all the fuss was about and although i was happy with my finacee (Still am) we knew we wanted kids at some point but later on. Then we discovered I was pregnant and it is the best thing that ever happened to us,

I felt great being pregnant, I felt sexy, beautiful and all woman! My partner seen a whole new side of me to find attractive to, I have never felt so feminine in my life (being a bit of a tom boy!!).

Giving birth was a great experiance for me and has made me feel more complete.
