For every girl the sexiest part of a guy's body would be different.
Some girls like the neck of a guy, some hairstyle, some smile, some eyes and some private part.
To make it very frank, girls like that part of guy's body most which they tend to like the most in themselves.

His V-zone.. The two lines that run downward in a V shape to his groin.. HOT!!
A few other sexy spots.. I love a guy with dimples above his butt cheeks.. They're absolutely adorable.
A defined collarbone is nice.. A nice smile with well cared for teeth behind it is a must and good hair (long or short) thats been groomed is always appreciated.. *sigh*
