pls help me!!!!!!!!!!! i really want to find out abt it......?

it is an anime i am trying to find.... it is shown in singapore in 1999 ,2000 or 2001 ( i don know the year ) the anime is a magical girl kind and the girl has light blue hair ( not tied ) it is shown on SCV or should i say starhub...... pls pls tell me if you know them...

Magic Knight Rayearth perhaps. One of them has a blue hair.
