It is likely that you have early onset diabetic neuropathy. Pins and needles (known medically as paresthesia) sensations in the feet is an early predictor of diabetes. I suggest getting a doctor's evaluation for serum glucose, glucose tolerance test and Hemoglobin A1C.

Your blood circulation is not flowing properly. You got to do more exercise and stop drinking iced water.

Bad circulation. Try eating lots of garlic and onions or a glass of wine/beer before going to bed at it will thin your blood.

move around more in bed put your feet up a bit higher in the air it sounds like you have problems with circulation hope you find relief
