I don't know what you mean by issues. Anyone who is good looking generally knows they are. If they are stupid and think they caused themself to be born good looking, I suppose they would have issues, with their ego, mainly. Anyone's looks are an act of nature caused by our parents' genes combining, and no one created themself, either pretty or not pretty.

welcome to the real world- not only pretty girls have issues, the other ones too! the issues just differ-
pretty girls who thinks that they are pretty and better than othr people is the reason for the other ones to have issues !

you'll never find a person no matter if male or female that is 100% satisfied with him/herself. There's always something, it doesn't have to be a body problem.... think about yourself, are you completely happy and satisfied with your complete life, body ect? i bet you, you'll find something that you would say, oh i should have/ i could change that! Bet you!
