When heated to a certain temperature everyone does, it's been tested by enough warped regimes and torturers.
Not sure what else makes it happen, fear of any kind I think (as well as eating and waiting).

No .They don't eat enough for that kind of coarse result. They sweat it out and use strong smelling 'perfumes' to hide the smell. Why else would they wear that stuff ?
