Both inner and outer beauty. The two go together.

Beauty only goes skin deep.
But ugly goes all the way down.

Anybody can look great with a little makeup. Wear it to bed, too. No one ever has to know. The important thing is that you THINK you're beautiful, and worth taking a little trouble with your hair and your clothes, and that will give you a pretty glow, and it will make other people think you're beautiful, too.

Loving yourself, being grateful to God for making you who you are, is the first step in loving God and other people.
