Myself, I can't decide between DS9 and TNG. They're both ace. I like the original too. Voyager & Enterprise are OK, but nowhere near as good, and some recent sci-fi shows (Lost, Galactica, Firefly & Dr.Who) are much better.

tng...it's the first one i started watching and now they are like an alternate existence...i am a closet trekkie because of tng and my secret dream is to go to a trekkie convention, though none of my friends knows it

Right now I have to say Enterprise. But I am catching up on DS9 and will also watch Voyager so that may change. But I definitely like Enterprise more than Next Generation and the original series.

DS9--it wasn't afraid to discuss the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in an extremely thinly veiled metaphor without oversimplifying the complexity of the moral questions involved.

Voyager - Finally a female captain..I loved the dry humour janeway had and the episodes were great.

Mine has to be TNG, it was the first series I ever watched, and it was the one that got me into trek.
Its also the reason I drink early gray tea!

The original series with Kirk, and Archer seems pretty cool to.Picard's just bald.

Next generation... the witty humour was great, casting spot on, Picard was absolutely perfect and totally believable.
The stories were very twisty and the writing superb..... excellent.
