You'll need to actually stop spending the money on the bloody doughnuts in the first place!

So stop pigging out on 20 doughnuts a day otherwise you'll be sent to prison for being too fat and you'll have to pay the costs of making your cell big enough to use.

there are 2 ways really; stop eating them all together, but that might cause you to feel hungry and eat something else. The other way is like stopping smoking, steadily reduce the amount you eat over a period of time. Try eating 18 then 16 then 14 etc etc; make sure you count them and do go over the limit.

Go to Africa, the Sudan to be precise and when you see the hell they are going through look for one square meal to eat and you having so much you will then know that 20 doughnuts can be spared to give them a little aid.

Well you know that you have to stop doing this, you need to replace these carbs with something that is more likely to fill you up,
Protein can do this very well, so eat chicken legs etc, but also keep up your water intake people often mistake thirst for hunger.

Also go to the doctors and see what help they can give you, and to see if there is a reason behind you craving so much sugar.

Stop eating doughnuts -- especially if you're eating 20 -- you're going to have a friggin' heart attack. Do you want to die THAT badly?

Cyanide is much more rapid.

Think of your health, and keep away from the doughnut shop. That is really bad for you weight wise and health wise. You need too think about it and have some will power.

Stop buying them and drink lots of water - you'll fill up with water and not need the stodge. Also taking more exercise will reduce the sugar cravings. Try fruit instead - dried, fresh, whatever, it'll give you a proper glucose boost instead of an empty calorie-laden sugar hit.

Listen to Wilson phillips songs all day and plaster images of Carnie Wilson from te late 80s all over your walls. Practice doing your makeup on your double chin, and think about how much you will have to throw up to maintain that size 22 you are in already!

Go to DD classes, it's like AA, but you can take alcohol to a DD class, and doughnuts to an AA.
