Had to do the chant. In WWE, I think Austin would have been allowed to win simply because McMahon tries to ruin nearly every former WCW talent who didn't defect before he bought the company. However, in terms of sheer ability, I'm going with Goldberg. He's in better shape.
Also, I think Austin may be semi-retired due to injuries. However, rumor has it TNA is courting Goldberg to come to them. This would be good, as they need another major talent like him so they can quit hyping Samoa Joke.

Austin as payback for what Goldberg did 2 Bret Hart. Austin has some neck and back problems and Goldberg is very green (i.e. he doesn't know how to wrestle well) and since he ended Bret Hart's career he has had a lot of stick... Justifyably so. Bret would perhaps appear in Austin's corner as long as Vince and Shawn stayed away from him

Very good question. This is the match of the century that every one wants to see happen but wont because they are getting up in age but if I had to choose one of the two I would go with Austin because of more ring experience

Austin would win.Goldberg was WCW's Austin wannabe.Only much more boring.Probably because he spent all his time wrestling the WWE's rejects while Austin built his reputation against the likes of The Rock,Undertaker and HHH.
