i have a new computer and want to put my music back from my opod to my computer .

Perhaps Apple have a work around for this problem. You should go to http://apple.com and check out their forums to see if any others have had this problem and found a solution. Good luck!

Try attaching the Ipod then seeing if the computer tell you. You have a new hard ware if so follow the prompts and go on line to search for the drıver programs at the makers of the Ipod if the disc doesn't work.

Have you tried checking the wire or using a different one...maybe the wire is no good.

u can't copy song from ipod to your computer.
