Well, i think it is not so much of "why" male interested on "female" but rather it is a natural fact that, both are made to be interested to one another. We are living in a symbiosis environment where, one cannot live without the other.
Actually, women are equally interested to men, but they do not show it out due to their shy nature.

coz its a human nature that he/she likes all those thing which he/she does not have as a man he does not have female shaped body so he likes it very much
