I want to get a medical insurance. Whats the best option for me?

I am a college grad, male, 23 years, looking for a job. My insurance from university is expired and is time for me to get a new one. I am in Boston, but Im looking forward to get full medical insurance (at least to $750,000 in total coverage) with a company that works nationwide ... can someone give me some tips?

I bought my own insurance also, not sure what my coverage is but it's real cheap for our age bracket through blue cross. I bought through their website for 65$/month and it's not HMO which was what I was looking for.
