Why do you want to get in touch with her? Chances are she has moved on with her life and is probably dating someone wonderful and not interested in a reconcilliation. If you didn't exchange numbers/email address when you departed from one another, chances are she's just not that into you, and the split was for the best. You should get on with your life, meet new people, and focus on your own wellbeing.
If you really want to see her again (the only good reason would be, I don't know, she's carrying your child or stolen money from you or something...), try placing a personal ad in the evening standard (london newspaper), or see if Greenwich uni has a student message board you could leave your contact details with. Due to data protection act, noone is authorised to give you her address if she doesn't want it given. So even if Greenwich university knew her full address, telephone number and shoe size, they legally couldn't tell you without her permission.
If you have any mutual friends, perhaps that's the best way to find her.
But I still say get on with your life and let her get on with hers.
