He is selling a publication called "How to Make £32,384.55 in Less Than Four Months From Your Very First Renovation Project". Is this guy genuine? I notice he has several publications available, some on property, others on horse racing and even one on prostate cancer!
Just want to be sure I don't waste my money.

Anybody can write a How To book, all it takes is research.
If your quibbling about investing in the book, perhaps you should be asking yourself if you are really ready to be investing in renovating a property?

I bought the course & feel that it is not very expensive. There is a lot of useful information about property. That said, YOU have to get out & find suitable properties & do lots of research to establish that you have got the property for a good price. Where you live/plan to do the work is a big factor to consider. You must be reasonably accurate about your rennovation costs & the time it will take. You must include the cost of selling & time taken to sell, as well as how to finance it all. It is all possible in theory but how good or motivated are you going to be at doing all of the work? I am an active property investor/developer myself & found the course informative. One way round to reduce risk is to team up with one or two like minded people & share the tasks involved.
