It's totally a guy. Look at the hands, they're manly. Also, the facial features seem masculine. Unfortunately you can't see the neck, to see if they've got an adam's apple. Only men have adam's apples. The dude in the photo seems pretty hot, huh?

I'd say by looking into his eye he is a male. Also his fingers are almost into shocker position.
