Wait a little.You are now in puberty and your body is still developing so there is no need to hurry.Just eat healthy, take a lot of vitamins, fruits, vegetables, meat and milk products.I know that I sound like a doctor but really, you should eat this stuff because they have proteins, carbohydrates that help your body to work faster.Best wishes :)

you could try some of the dietary needs that a body builder takes alot of protein foods and carbs this might help. youll find on this article

eat fewer meals but more food at each meal, eating fewer meals will slow your metabloism and make you gain wieght, If you eat later in the day you'll gain even more.

I've heard that eating many bananas is fattening, but they can also make you sick should you overdo it.
