Do you prefer to put the tissue under or over when you put a new roll in?

Well, I have thought it over and have come to the conclusion that only over-bearing turds need to think this question over. I am turning it over and over in my mind and... I think I over answered this question! LOL!

No preference, but if I had to pick one, then I guess I'd say over. It only takes a second to find the end regardless of it being over or under.

I have wondered this question myself...
I moved into a new home a couple of years ago and the way the house is..OVER is the way to go! It never used to bother me but now it is Over or I get irratated and change it. My mum has always been an over lady, I didn't think it matters but now it is OVER or else!!

It's supposed to go over the top. It makes it much easier to grab a hold of and pull off the roll.
