Yes, he "really likes" you. Your real question, however, must go further than that, since you mentioned the bedroom. Your question is whether he loves you. Or perhaps whether he loves you more than anyone else.
The problem is, some guys really don't know how to be serious. They have been playing the clown so long they really cannot communicate any other way. Robin Williams finally learned it, but it took him over 40 years. Be patient with him.

may be he is to shy to admite he likes u , or hes worried that u will say No to him cuz he thinks ur invovled with someone else ..

Have you ever told him you like him, because he may think you are not serious. Ask him straight out whatever you have on your mind. Never play guessing games.....ASK HIM! He is the only one that can answer you.
