If I am to impress the person I love, I will just show be the person I am inside. I will not pretend. I will be true and honest, that way, if he gets to like what he sees, at least I will not need to change at all. :)

Funny, I never thought about satifying or impressing them. I expect them to tell me if they are not satisfied and suggest what might help. Of course knowing this, they do and thus satisfy THEMSELVES.

The point is you shouldn't take ownership of something you can't possibly control. Can I force someone to be happy? No. Can I force them to feel satisfied? No. This doesn't mean I don't want them to feel both happy and satisfied and certainly do things that improve the chances of such. However, I have to leave the ownership up to them.

I neither know nor care why, but they are always impressed. ;-)
