Usually if someone is harassing you like that, if you just ignore them and don't give them any kind of attention, they'll just stop. A couple months ago this girl was calling me, cussing me out, left me nasty emails, and threatening me, but I ignored her and didn't answer. She's left me alone since.

People like this one get their pleasure from knowing that their harassment irritates the recipient and generates reaction.
The best thing to do is to ignore it TOTALLY. Do not reply, do not call back, do not try to explain. Always remember that these type of people are loosers and you certainly do not want to be engaged in any communication with a looser.
Eventually it will stop. At the beginning, when you are not replying at all, this person will get irritated and will try to increase their dose of the harassment, but after sometime and when the satisfaction sought is not fulfilled, it will stop.
If it persists and you really cannot ignore, you can always go to the police, and they can track the harasser.

Hun go to the police about this. This is not good for you when you are in school. Maybe you should change you mobile/cell number then you wont get them anymore. Dont reply to him either cause thats is why he might be texting as you are giving him some form of attention. If you ignore him he might go away but go and tell the police about this matter. Its stressing you out and its the last thing you need.

You need to notify your cell phone service of the harassment, and threats. If you know where the school is that the guy attends then report it to the police, and the school. Stalking, with threats of violence is a felony, and the text messages will prove the threats of harm against you.
After you file a complaint with the police, and his school then you get a restraining order, demanding that he put up a twenty five hundred dollar bond, in case he decides to violate the restraining order.

what everyone is telling you call the phone provider log a complaint if you don't have the number the phone co. does
then the police they will give you a case number (Do not give this to anyone)!!!! except your phone co. so when police do contact the phone co the information can be traded.
you can do this in one day
Good Luck and always be with someone outside your home

sounds like you and your parents need to go to the police,
don't try to do this yourself, save all the msgs for proof and don't reply to them
if you don't do something, he might think you like him and things will get worse for you, he might start stalking you, showing up at your school, at your home or when you're out shopping.
this is a serious situation and you need professional advice, please get some.
You just never know about some people, and then again it could be nothing but a secret admirer, what are you gonna do?

Take the threatening messages to the cops, get a restraining order. If he continues thereafter, he could go to jail.
Do it, there's too many nutters out there to ignore it.

File for a TRO (temporary restraining order) and you may also want to collect these messages and turn them over to the cyber crimes unit at your local police department.
