I've read an artichle that says "INDONESIA IS ATLANTIS" is it true?!

Atlantis comes from a story Plato tells us that Socrates recounted in the dialogues Timmaeus and Critas. You can read all you want about Atlantis, myth and "fact:", at the following site, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantis Plato placed Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean, thus the name. For Atlantis to be placed anywhere else doesn't make much sense.
However, there are many legends of lost civilizations, and sunken continents. You may want to use wikipedia or google to look up Lemuria, Mu, and Tir-Na-Nog.
To actually answer your question, no. Even if there was an actual Atlantis somewhere, Indonesia is still ABOVE the water. Ships are constantly traveling near it and by it, and treasure hunters look for sunken ships there all the time, hoping to find gold, pottery, artifacts. Its pretty hard to believe that a lost civilization has remained lost there. Or anywhere, for that matter.

i just want to add a few things here:
first, there are a lot of structures/temple/shrine (small, big, large and even mega in size) dated back from 1000BC-800AD. these structures are pyramid like. sadly, the government don't pay much attention to the restoration of these structures.at that time, indonesia is unknown to the outside world. where did they learn to build these structures?is it possible that the people who built these structures were using technologies they discovered from their ancient Atlantis ancestor?
second, there are a lot of folktale or myth about people with great mind powers. they had the ability to fly, teleport, telepathic, heal etc. until today, some people are still believed and proved to have these powers. is it possible that they are descendants of the atlanteans, and for that, they have great mind powers?
third, the Indonesian also have great stories told for centuries, about a very strong men called "gatot kaca" who were born from the mountain. there is also a story about "ratna manggali", the beautiful daughter of a very wicked queen who possessed some sort of biological weapon. when the queen was angry, she poisoned the river which caused death to the people with the same results of today's biological weapon. are these myth tell story from the time of Atlantis?

The word ATLANTIC has come from ATLANTIS because even the racial memory of humankind has it that the Atlantis used to be where the Atlantic ocean is currently.

it is not atlantis.. its not in the right ocean not in the right coordinates... so how can it be ATLANTIS?? maybe they say indonesia is a bit like atlantis u know the sea.. the waves.. that kinda stuff

Yes, till the whole country sink into the sea Ha,ha,ha.Please look up on the world map.There is no snow or four season in Indonesia so how can it be Atlantis.It's country is not at all in the bottom south.You must be sleeping in classes.

I've never heard of that before, but no, i don't think it is. Atlantis, in my opinion, would have been around Greece or Italy or somewhere like that. What book was it? Its sounds interesting!

No, it is not true. Atlantis is actually on the outskirts of Wyoming and is where the tooth fairy currently lives. This can quite easily be proved by asking the tooth fairy.
